I post this thread for CAD7


Found this 2H series D6 in France . A rare machine , but with dozerblade even more rare .
The blade is equipped with a rather sophisticated tilt system . On both sides there are cylinder-like mechanical devices with hand cranks . I doubt this is La Plant Choate . Perhaps it is from some local manufacturer . I suggest the equipment is from a later date than the tractor .Who has the answer ?

That is 40s style cable LeTour. dozer that some has converted to more modern hyd. lift. That little crank setup works so easy and far better the that big turnbuckle setup Cat came up with later for their own blade. Heres a 1941 D6 with oirg. dozer like that, some took the overhead headache cable and moves to the side like Cat
