About the stuck pony motor, I had a six cylinder engine in a "White Super Power". I tried for two years, using anything and everything I could find to get it unstuck. I talked to an old man I new to be a good mechanic and he laughed at me and said,"just pour a can of pepsi in it and turn it over tomorrow". To my complete surprise it worked. He did say that it was important to get the pepsi out as soon as possible as it would cause damage. I asked another friend of mine who is a doctor of chemistry about all this. He said the Pepsi would work great and that it would not cause problems if left in place. All I can say for certain is that I was able too turn the engine over one day after pouring the Pepsi in. I'm still driving that truck twenty years later.

Read the side of the can that shows what it contains. The one that cuts the rust is Phosphoric Acid

Tell your wives that if the dishwasher gets that scum buildup inside it an easy way to remove it is get a container of the dry Tang orange drink mix and without dishes in it fill the soap container with it like you would the soap powder and run it through a complete cycle and it will remove it to a shiny new look.
