Sometimes if you put a screwdriver on the screw and tap on the screw it will help. A little heat from a propane torch might also help., a little heat.

Hi Team,
maybe heat soak the unit in a very low oven at no more than 150F for an hour, carefully remove the unit and apply some bees wax or old time candle wax to the top of the screws, an impact style screw driver would be an asset in aiding removal--failing that I guess would be to carefully drill the screws out if not over hard--if too hard for a normal twist drill I have used suitably sharpened masonry drills to drill harder materials at the Dealer.

try tightening them gently sometimes that can work.
try bolt off, chemsearch yield, loctite super penetrating oil
to apply heat try a high wattage soldering iron 80w or better.
thermal shock sprays can work too.
if you try the hammer tap or impact driver take up the slack first so you get a good force transfer.

Hi All,
Yes, I finally got the screws out it's only taken 2 days with a little heat, some tapping and a lot of patience.

Had to warm up the original anti seize then it came loose.

Thanks for your help.

Regards
