5U1 Clutch release fork was created by Dand

Im trying to find a part number for the main clutch release fork. I am unable to find it in my parts book. The release collar was very worn and damaged the bottom fork. Also trying to find a new seal sleeve 4B3442.

The release fork is found in the same diagram as the gear shifter and related mechanism.
