With the grease valve shown below I believe that the text should read "4.5 psi to 5.5 psi" and not the "450 psi to 550 psi" or else the use of the low pressure relief valve would not be needed--from personal usage experience the pressure relief feels like 4.5 psi to 5.5 psi on the handle as the lube comes out the RV with little very handle down pressure. In fact sometimes one wonders if any grease/oil went in at all.

is there a group part number on the box?
I feel I have used this group way back for dynamic rack readings--which engine I do not recall but by the two bolts and shape of the rod end of the bar it may be D300 series engines--Cat came out with many variations of tooling in this era for the same engines but in different applications--the different tooling and application accessibility often dictated which one was used, and some tooling was easier to use as designs changed.
