Another Happy D2 Owner

I have been holding on to this D2 for a bit to make up my mind if I had the time to deal with it. After I purchased it I bought the D4D and put it to work I reached the conclusion that 1 CAT was enough for me.

So, I decided to sell what you see on this trailer to one of my co-workers who lives in Mesa AZ. Before you ask, it's a 12,000 lb trailer being pulled by not enough of a truck but he picked it up and made it without any problems.

For those of you who want to know it's a 5J6332SP tractor with blade, pto and stick steering clutches. Both engines are free and supposedly run when the decision was made by a previous owner to tear it apart to fix the clutches. The sale price to me and what I sold it for was $1,200.

We loaded the tractor on the trailer with 2 loader tractors. Mine groaned a bit but it worked real well. I have more pics that show better pics of the tractor if anyone want to see them.

Hi GWH

I would be curious to know if someone can identify who made the blade from the standing on it's edge picture. The tractor was all there and will need some TLC that I did not have time to give it. Some day I'll look back and wish I kept it but the fellow that bought it was really happy to have a D2 of his own. That way another one will be saved and put to good use.

So here goes the pics!
