I see that "Diesel" has his groove back, Was it the haircut?:o

Regarding the backwards tracks on diesel. Once in the past I thought about reversing the tracks as opposed to 'turning the pins and bushings. Would this have the same effect?

Keep posting on your website, it's the only contact I have with the 'great white north'. your friend in So Cal....sl

thansk, we are still here, working in the KINGDOM on the bunkhouse.
her is a cut paste version of what i have been doing. also updated the website too.

tracks on backwards, the way to explain it is do a search onth this, the BB has lots of info on this.

ok, this is what has happening in the "KINGDOM", southern belle is not the "first" and won't be the last to come and stay in the "KINGDOM". my grandparents made their 60th wedding anniversy but my generation will not, if we make 5 years, gold should be on the gift list, LOL.
marriage or living together just doesn't work these days for a long. the great white is not for everyone and southern belle decided to move back south. only thing is she picked a very back time to do it. on june 27(the day she left) it was my 20th anniversy with the first wife and my second oldest daughter (with that marriage) graduated with honours. plus july long weekend 3 years ago is when southern belle and i honeymooned in moose jaw documenting a linn tractor. so you can see why it was not a good week to move out of the "KINGDOM" ( plus she took the "TV" and sat dish so i can't watch the new show ICE ROAD TRUCKERS, oh well LOL)
but remember my coffee cup is always 1/2 full and xena and i decided to remodel the bunkhouse in the "KINGDOM" with a "MANLY" touch. when i hit hard times i usually work to get through my problems and make things better.
the living room is now the office-computer area, i even did the kick boards on the cupboards.

look at the bottom of the page for todays updates.
so i thank you guys. xena and i really know that we have a "lot" of friends on the internet.

thansk

When installing tracks the open end goes under the idler first & proceed to the rear toward the sprocket so then the wider part of the link will be heading toward the idler when it,s on top. Also that link will be the one the master pin gets driven in to.Also those links will have all the pins in the front heading toward the idler on top.

Good to see that your cup is half full, I am guessing that she left one dog? LOL.

I'll check out the link. As far as Ice road truckers....You had posted about that yourself....And since I have never, nor plan to, drive 18 wheels (or 4 wheels) on frozen H20, I'll shut up...sl
