I was going to fix this Dozer, but today I found a couple Quarts of water in the engine oil.
I've have had it for maybe 8 years, never ran it, was stuck, a few weeks ago I took the head off and broke it loose.
looked like it could be fixed until I saw the water. Main motor does have a weld in it, but that may not be the problem.
Engine meter says 4.400 hours, has tool bar, big belt wheel on the back for saw mill or something
Track and sprockets look very good. don't think it was used to push dirt much.
pony needs repair, rotates about 1/2 way, main d3400 turn over now.
Green paint underneath on undercarriage
front hydraulics far as I can tell its all there.
I can send pic's if you send a private message.
Unfortunately, If I cant sell it, I will send it to the scrap yard,
looks very good, but as I say, needs a lot of work.
Heads off, radiator off, Has a 2 way blade with 3 position tilt
on left to right, with small brush rake doesn't look like they have ever been used, She rolls free as well.
no heavy rust, I think someone repainted it yellow.
I have a new head gasket, and have several very good manuals to go with.
I think its about a 39??
the plan was to fix but, I don't think that's going to happen for me now.
if interested send me a note please.
you'll have to be able to haul it. I would rather sell it as one piece.

I may be getting another one soon, lol...

$1,000 or so maybe a trade for something?

Id do some horse trading as well.
I do need some things but would be interested in just about anything.
I have a unfinished shop, need a lot of high bay lights and low bay lights.
generator, reloading stuff, boom stick, I don't really want to get rid of this old d-2 but I moving way to slow anymore to fix this thing fast and its taking up room
I may pull the motor out, and continue this journey,(Just don't 't have the time)
Last time I did this on my old john deer,it took over a year.
so that's where iam at.
I may buy a newer d2 motor is its a easy swap, the parts for the d3400 are tuff to find
