There is an auto elec in Toowoomba QLD Australia, who makes a fantastic conversion kit, I have one in the container it's exactly what you need. he might even ship overseas maybe. John Davis Auto electrical is his name.

yep I can vouch that fella in Toowoomba have got one on my D 7 3 T cant fault it kit came complete only thing that has to be sourced is some plates to cover water gallerys and the plate were the exhaust goes into inlet manifold and some shorter bolts I put mine in and had it up and running in one afternoon no problem
