I like the look of that Twenty Two. You did good!

Did you haul it in with the Model A in the background (which I really like, too)? Actually, the whole driveway looks just my speed, some old spare tracks laying around with grass growing through them, other rusty stuff to discover around, just perfect!

Looking forward to seeing it run. Hopefully you'll leave it in its working clothes. If you paint it, it'll take another fifty years before it looks that good again.

Pete.

Looks like you found a real good one, and you added a nice exhaust stack. Tell us more about the truck in the background. Also, time to change the date setting on your camera. Ray

The batteries went dead at the county fair, a buddy was using it. I never noticed it until about a week ago. I opened the battery cover closed it and it would not default to the page that states set time and date! (like it does when you change the DEAD batteries).
Anyhow
That is a 1929 FORD Pickup that once belonged to my Great Uncle. After an accident it was cut down for a farm power unit. (hence the "Hot Rod/Rat Rod" cab!) Its now our "Go to Town" vehicle! It gets driven all spring, summer and fall around here and town. Every year I get a few more pieces, then every couple of years I tear it apart to add the collected parts!
SOMEDAY, it will be Truly done!

There is nothing better than and old truck, father and I have a 1951 Chevy 1500 thats always a pleasure to be behind the wheel. Got two other a 1936 C-30 and CS-30 1 1/2 ton trucks with a pile of new parts that always seemed like it be a good farm truck / gooseneck truck. Sadly they take up space and collect dust.
