I can get this part new from the dealer for a chunk of change but I figured I would see if anyone here can help me keep my cheap dozer cheap.

I am looking for a track roller frame bearing cap as seen below for my 44A D6B. This may be the same part used on other D6 models or some wheel loaders, etc. Thanks!

You have much worse problems than a missing cap. There is no sign of a bearing and the roller frame and the dead axle appear to be worn beyond repair. This means the roller frame outer bearings are shot too. You were supposed to grease these bearings every 10 hours! You need a copy of the Operation and Maintenance Instructions book available on Ebay.:

Below are the pages about greasing:

I got a cap used from a website, and new bearings. Drilled out the broken off bolts. The dead axle didn't show much wear. I got it back together and greased, seems to be fine now. I also picked up the operator manual from ebay as soon as I got the machine. I wasn't the one who let this happen.

That's a new favorite website. I got the cap from offroad equipment, which I figured out from the box that they sourced it from Ray's Used Equipment in TX.
