Hi Herb, I searched in that search box up there (not the advanced search) with "D2 full width radiator" (without the quotation marks) and got back a list of results including this thread:
www.acmoc.org/bb/showthread.php?33150-D2...to-Bypass-Oil-Cooler
It has a part number in the thread

Cheers,
Neil

I recently purchased a new core for my D2 5U from Radiator Supply House located in Sweet Home Oregon. They offer both types (oil cooler or no oil cooler). The price was fair and it arrived 3 days after it was ordered.

I forgot to mention that the new radiator came with the top and bottom tank gaskets. I put the radiator together and noticed the RUBBER gaskets provided were expanding out of the sealing area. I took everything apart and ended up using original gaskets from Caterpillar. Everything sealed up without leaks. The fit was perfect.

I ordered one on the website. $855 with free shipping. Their quote for shipping was $250 so $605 actual.

I used the cork rubberized gasket on the last rad. Worked OK just have to not get too ambitious on the corners, just tight enough to seal and stop. Filled rad with water/sealer mix to check with 5 lbs pressure. just to be sure.
