When the home page opens, click on the white-on-black "Members" button and the magazines are shown on the page that opens up from there.

Hello CR, Unfortunately there is an "glitch" in the program that controls membership. Until you are upgraded to "member" from "user" you don't have access. Please be patient.
Try responding to the "No access to tech section" post. I know it's being monitored.
