Hi, seyser.
There was Sixty with a La Plante-Choate blade like that at the recent HCEA show at Bowling Green, Ohio. That one did have some slight modifications so that the owner could more easily remove the blade for transport but it was in remarkably good condition.

Just my 0.02.

I am looking at the dozer & tractor beside the SIXTY, is it a FIVE TON? or what? Someone with lots more knowledge and better eyes than mine might be able to determine.

Wow, these are great in a long line of great photos. I am particularly drawn to then D2 plowing photo. Incredibly good.

This, by far is my favorite thread. I love seeing Caterpillars in use in the era they were built in.

Compare size of the Sixty - makes the other machine look more like a 2Ton Holt
Air Cleaner Standpipe, Seat, Radiator "cap" , fuel tank --
