I really like these old photos and wonder if a dedicated area could be set up on the BB to keep them handy instead of bieng left further and further behind in this discussion section.

Jan. 18, 1952
A Bucyrus/Erie digger (operated by C.G. Willis & Sons) and a Caterpillar grader clean a mudslide from the cliffs above 101A (Alternate) at the Bel Air Beach Club that was caused by a winter storm. Cars cautiously drive past the cleanup.

Your wish is my command !

I have set up a section in the library for "PHOTOGRAPHS PERIOD B&W" and added a couple from this thread.
Hopefully we can enlist the help of some members to build this section of the library.
