The private message function is difficult to use, I had a private message for over a month but did not know / was not notified until I went to send a message. Also cannot see the messages I have sent to be sure they did send, same on Chrome and Firefox.
When in the Forum section, there is a yellow band near the top, with a message looking icon near the center, when I click on it, I get the message
"Error you do not have permission to view messages" on both Chrome and Firefox.

When I click on "Forum" the page comes up with "Discussion" showing 1 new entry in green but when I go through the list in the "Discussion" there is no corresponding new entry. Went back 4 months and no "new entries" but still shows up on the discussion heading. ?????

That worked. Had to do it three times to get it cleared but now is OK. Everything read had been previously marked but somehow the machine must have skipped a cog and would not remove the last one. It is OK now.

lately when posting replies in a thread if I come back later to input another reply to the same thread the reply box has my last posted reply still within it. I have been deleting the previous reply to input a new one--is this to be expected or?????????????

Eddie: I go to the action button and use reply to get a blank screen to type on. If not, I have to do what you had described. JM
